yoga

yoga is not only the exercise its a lifestyle. there are different parts to completely observe yoga .
  • yam
  • niyam
  • asana
  • pranayam
  • dhyan 
  • dharna
  • pratyahar
  • samadhi
these are the ashtang [eight chapters] of the patanjali yoga

yam is to observe the nature . the law of the nature. the stipulations of the universe.
niyam is to observe the stipulations of the frequencies of all activities.
asana is to observe the body to attain stability
pranayam is to observe the breathe which is another important ingredient of life.
dhyan is to observe the self beyond the body only.
dharna is to observe the stipulations in discrete. its the commitment towards the existance.
pratyahar is to observe the control over the total self
samadhi is to observe the even state , which is the only state that is without change is thus is everlasting.
